Explanation to how virtual studio works. Please contact us if what you are looking for is not covered below.

The Virtual Studio app is designed for simplicity and ease of use. Your experience is our primary focus.

How do I get a login?

You must register to claim your Virtual Studio. Your Virtual Studio is associated to your mailing address. You will be asked for your Name, email address and mailing address. To verify that you are the legitimate resident of the mailing address that you have provided, you will be asked to submit credit card information associated with that address. Virtual Studio will use a third party verification company to approve the request. Virtual Studio will then send you 2 emails. One welcoming you to Virtual Studio and the other with your login information with your temporary password. If you don’t want to use your credit card information for the address verification process, you may opt to have Virtual Studio send your login information to your mailing address. After you login, we suggest that you change your temporary password to one that is your own. We recommend that you keep your login information highly confidential. Think of it like the key to your home’s mailbox.

Additionally – no contact information (email or otherwise) of the invited participants will not be displayed to other participants in the pod. This is to protect the privacy of the participants and your pod as a whole.

Can I make a new pod?

If you are a Virtual Studio owner (the Virtual Studio associated with your mailing address), you can make new pods, invite people and enjoy the communication hub. If you are not a Virtual Studio owner, you unfortunately do not have rights to make pods or invite participants. You can simply participate in the pod that you have been invited to.

Can I invite anybody I want?

Again, if you are a Virtual Studio owner, you can invite anybody with a legitimate email address. You may also give permission to an invited participant to be able to invite others. However, if you are an invited participant without this permission from the Virtual Studio owner – you will not be able to invite others.

Can I delete a pod?

Only the Virtual Studio owner can delete and archive pods. Participants do not have permission to do so. Again the objective is to give the Virtual Studio owner total autonomy and discretion.
